Terms of Service

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
If you are blacklisted you are banned from commissioning art from me.
Failure to complay with the Terms of Service may result in being blacklisted.

DO NOT USE MY ARTWORK FOR NFTS OR IN AI IMAGE GENERATORS.

Regarding Commissions

Commissioner must pay 50% up front and 50% upon completion of the artwork.

​

No refunds once the sketch is completed.

​

You may repost commissioned artwork with credit; DO NOT claim the artwork as your own.

​

You may not use commissioned artwork in merchandise without permission.
If you would like to use my artwork in merchandise, please contact me.

Regarding Adoptables

You may resell/trade adopts you have purchased from me but please credit me as the original designer.
This is only a preference but please dont "flip" (resell for a higher price than purchased) adoptables unless it includes add ons. Auctions do not count as flipping.

Upon purchasing an adopt, you have full character rights and rights to the artwork associated with the adopt.
